Genetically modified yeast? I’ll pass on that one. This is a very interesting article and I appreciate the good intentions of the reporter and the entrepreneurs trying to address the nightmare of industrial beef, though I’d ask the to think about the unanticipated consequences of increasing the amount of GMO yeast in our food supply.
The article didn’t touch on the enormous carbon sequestration potential of holistically grazed cattle — the science on this in the past few years has just been pouring in.
